Bernadette Young FCG

Bernadette, who is co-founder and director of governance consultancy, Indigo: Independent Governance, has 30 years’ experience as a governance professional, working with numerous boards and businesses across the listed and private sectors. She is a firm believer in the benefits of good governance, strong organisational leadership, culture and values, and in the synergy between organisational purpose and value creation. Bernadette is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a member of the CGIUKI Board, and a highly respected member of the profession. A frequent speaker at professional events, she is a regular contributor to the professional journal ‘Governance and Compliance’ and author of the ICSA Corporate Governance Handbook.

Pierre Lechat

Pierre Lechat has been working within the financial industry over the last 16 years. In 2023 he joined TMF Group where he’s heading the newly launched ESG Administration Services. Before joining TMF Group, he was working at Morningstar, where his passion for sustainability and ESG reporting started.

Kerry Porritt FCG

Kerry joined the company in 2013 as Company Secretary and was appointed Group Company Secretary and Legal Advisor in 2018. In 2024, Kerry was promoted to her current role, where she oversees sustainability, corporate governance and ethics and compliance. Kerry is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds an Honours degree in Law. She has over 30 years’ experience of company secretarial roles within large, complex FTSE listed companies across a broad range of sectors. Kerry is a member of the European Corporate Governance Council and the Chartered Governance Institute’s Company Secretaries’ Forum.
