In order to complete the Fellow application form, you will be required to upload the following documents:
1) a copy of your CV
2) a form of recommendation (details of how to complete this can be found in the Fellow application form guidelines below)
2) a copy of your organisation's annual accounts and/or reports (if these documents are not available, you will be requested to provide reasoning for this)
You may also wish to submit an organisational chart in support of your application, however this is not a mandatory requirement.
