Learn the Fundamentals of Governance...

We are excited to announce the launch of a new range of resources for governance professionals who are looking to improve their knowledge of governance, or simply jog their memory.

To get the ball rolling we’ve released three e-learning courses on the fundamentals of Risk Management, Boardroom Dynamics and Corporate Governance.

Each course consists of four, 15 minutes modules, that include:

  • case studies
  • interactive learning scenarios
  • and reflective exercises.

The fundamentals of governance e-learning courses have been put together to help you understand the key elements of the topic and the exercises have been developed to reinforce your understanding.

At the end of each module there are short quizzes to help you determine if the knowledge has embedded in your mind, or if you need further review.

Our new Ethical Leadership for Governance Professionals course is designed to equip professionals, board members, and emerging leaders with the tools to navigate ethical leadership with clarity, confidence, and care.
