We're looking for up to twelve experienced, C-suite governance professionals to help us pilot our brand new Executive Board Secretary programme this summer.
Join the programme pilot this summer
Depending on the availability and location of the participants, we will secure an exemplary location for the 6-day residential course, most likely in June or July this year. All accommodation and food will be included. Participants will receive a significant price reduction compared to the price when we launch the programme officially in Autumn 2026.
Join a cohort of senior governance professionals who are navigating an era defined by unprecedented complexity.
Our aim for the programme
We want our Executive Board Secretary Programme to become the premier residential programme curated for experienced governance professionals and Company Secretaries. We've designed the programme to elevate your strategic capability, strengthen your professional influence, and deepen your impact at the highest levels of governance. Now we need your help to make any final changes to it before we take fully to market.
As one of the ten participants of the pilot, you will join a cohort of senior governance professionals who are navigating an era defined by unprecedented complexity. The expectations placed on governance leaders have shifted dramatically in recent years. In an operating environment defined by volatility, rapid technological change, complex human‑risk dynamics, and geopolitical fragmentation, today’s Board Secretaries play a crucial role far beyond procedural compliance. They are strategic advisors, organisational stabilisers, cultural stewards, and guardians of ethical governance.
This advanced programme will equip you with the psychological insight, technical mastery, geopolitical awareness, and leadership capability required to support high‑performing boards in 2026 and beyond.
Gain the insight, tools, and confidence to elevate your organisational impact.
The purpose of the programme
This programme has been designed to help you:
- Step confidently into your role as a strategic advisor to the board
- Deepen your understanding of boardroom psychology, power dynamics, and crisis behaviour
- Strengthen your ability to interpret and challenge financial and performance metrics
- Engage with the ethical, geopolitical, and technological forces shaping governance in 2026
- Lead conversations on human risk, psychosocial safety, and cultural resilience
- Develop your personal leadership identity and influence at senior level
Ultimately, the programme aims not only to inform but to transform - giving you the insight, tools, and confidence to elevate your organisational impact.
Detach from daily operational pressure, engage deeply with new thinking, and build strong professional networks.
The learning environment
Over the course of the week, you will experience a blend of:
- Keynote sessions
- Guest speakers
- Expert‑led seminars
- Simulations and case clinics
- Peer collaboration and dialogue
- Reflective exercises and personal leadership work
Ultimately, the programme aims not only to inform but to transform - giving you the insight, tools, and confidence to elevate your organisational impact.
