This course provides an overview of AI and Generative AI for governance professionals. How does AI within the enterprise compare to the consumer AI applications that are available on personal devices? This will build confidence in your understanding of AI and ability to discuss with colleagues.

By the end of this course, participants will understand:

  2. Analyse the fundamental differences between consumer and enterprise AI applications, evaluating their distinct value propositions, risks, and governance requirements
  3. Assess the genuine necessity and strategic fit of AI solutions for specific organisational roles and operations, identifying where AI can or cannot add value
  4. Develop strategies for effective internal stakeholder engagement and build compelling cases for the responsible adoption of AI within their organisation
  5. Establish practical frameworks for governing AI use and discussion within the Boardroom and Secretariat, ensuring confident oversight and ethical integration
